TOURNAMENTS AND AWARDS
In 2007, at a local Walleye club, I made friend from Yellville, AR and we
have teamed up for four seasons. We have cashed a lot of checks and I already
have a wall full of trophies earned right here on Bull Shoals Lake.

We have won a coveted seat to the Cabela's National Team Championship 3 years
in a row (we competed there once.)

When the In-Fisherman Professional Walleye Trail (PWT) Outdoor Channel Pro/Am,
came to Bull Shoals Lake, Bull Shoals, Arkansas, in 2008 I had an incredible
opportunity to learn from the Masters and compete in the Amateur Division. I
took lots of notes and photos and have great memories.
I was called by
Dave
Anderson from Apple Valley, MN to pre-fish with him and his friend Jack. We
had a great day together. We fished the area of the lake I know best... near my
house, no need to go too far...

Then, I got a call from Keith
Kavajecz to pre-fish with him for a day... It turned into two days. We
pulled cranks for miles and miles to find the high percentage banks for him and
Team Parsons.
I fished day 1 of the PWT with
Jim
Muzynoski from Bozeman, Wyoming.
Day 2 of the PWT I fished with
Bill
Ortiz. Bill won the Bull Shoals Open PWT that year, making it two times in
a row.

On day 3, I fished with Gary Parsons.
I learned a lot. At the time he was ranked #1.

I ended up the PWT in 3rd place, with a nice plaque and a pile of loot, in the
amateur division. Lucky me, to draw such Masters.
